18th Annual Old Bags Luncheon

May 4th, 2023 | 11:00am| @ Belle Haven Club

A signature event for YWCA Greenwich, profits from this luncheon and auction of new and gently used handbags fund YWCA Greenwich Domestic Abuse Services.

North Mianus Pow Wow

Friday May 5th, Saturday May 6th, Sunday May 7th | @ North Mianus School

On Friday, April 29 from 4pm-10pm, Saturday, April 30 from 12pm-10pm, and Sunday, May 1 from 12pm-5pm, come to North Mianus School to enjoy a day of fun carnival rides, games, and food!

The Pow Wow has long been a tradition in the community, appealing to young and old, current students, alumni and visitors alike. All proceeds from the Pow Wow go to the North Mianus School PTA which uses them for curriculum enrichment programs at the school.

This event is free to attend, but tickets for rides and games must be purchased.

Greenwich Botanical Center's Annual May Gardener's Market

May 6th, 2023 | 9:00am-2:00pm| @ Greenwich Botanical Center

This annual fundraiser helps support the Educational and Outreach programs Greenwich Botanical Center provides to the community. Make a day of it! This one-day market features a wide variety of vendors who will gather in the Montgomery Pinetum to offer an array of items including native plants, horticulturally inspired accessories, home goods, and organic food products. Pick up breakfast or lunch from the Round Hill food truck and have a picnic on the grounds! Enjoy live music from Mark Zelenz, enter our raffle, and more!

Breast Cancer Alliance 5K

May 7th, 2023 | 8:00am| @ Richards, 359 Greenwich Ave

Join family, friends and neighbors for Breast Cancer Alliance's 5K Run/Walk for Hope! We will honor and remember loved ones, friends and colleagues who have faced breast cancer head on and raise money to help BCA do its part to eradicate this disease.

38th Annual Riverside Run

May 13th 2023 | 8:30am| @ 90 Hendrie Avenue

The Riverside Run is a community event that takes participants on a scenic three-mile course through the neighborhood of Riverside. It also includes a series of “Fun Runs” in front of Riverside School for all children in grades K-5. The first 500 participants will receive a race t-shirt and a take-away bag.
